Through unprocessed food or manufactured? Year 2 Day 4

So, I was stuck at home with ill child on a horrible rainy day, playing with ideas of health and vitamins and even more with photoshop replacing background shaping a vertical into horizontal-viewed-from-above. It was an interesting exercise but the image is rather .... hmm... Anyhow, one more day done =D
