Under that wave *film* Day 235

Same place as day 233. Underwater this time.

Analogue/film. Fuji disposable underwater camera. It's loaded with ISO 800 film, hence that grain.

Outtake below.

I'm chasing that elusive smile Day 234

He HATES being in front of the lens. Just like me. Hehe. That means I chased him every opportunity I got LOL. He looks kind of resigned, no?

Was debating between hard, contrasty pic and sweeter, softer one. I normally prefer harsher versions but a bit of romance in the air does not harm ;-D

Wishing you a sweet day. :-D

Thank you D., for everything.

I dreamed of this for so long *film* Day 233

Greek island sea. It's been a year. This is taken near Samos, overlooking Turkish coast (only 2 miles between one and the other).

Analogue. I wanted water shots and was to late for a waterproof P&S so I bought a film underwater use-and-throw-away camera.

Crappy. No control over anything. After I developed the film, I scanned it twice, once in Greece [realistic colours, strangely cut off (important parts of) frames] and once in Slovenia [better frames, overexposed and weak colours]. I have to admit I did not expect this particular complication!! Grrrrr...

Anyhow, a lot of shots from the next 100 days will be film scans.

Ceiling comedy Day 232

(The ceiling of the) High speed ferry crossing Marmara sea. I just laughed when I saw this. I imagined what the conversation was like ;-P

Colours/tones are changed of course. And I had to turn it upside down in order to make sense.

Caribbean for everyone Day 231

Somewhere in Istanbul. SOOC + sharpened.
