The combo of a woman with the flower looking towards a man intent on lighting his cigarette with the TR (Turkey) sticker on the door behind which they stand plus the hand print, attracted me. Especially since this place is inside the grounds of an Greek Christian Orthodox church (in Istanbul). I like their faces not defined clearly, makes me think of an allegory more than a depiction of a real moment, although it is very real. Oh, Istanbul! I'm so happy to be back!
